Santa Rosa Plum Sorbet


Recipe

6 cups of pitted Santa Rosa plums

2 Tbls lemon juice, 1 –1/2 or more cups of sugar (to taste)

2 Tbls honey OR light corn syrup or simple syrup,

1/8 tsp salt (opt)


Puree well in blender. Freeze in an ice-cream maker.

For Frozen yogurt, add a cup or two of non-fat yogurt, add a cup or two of non-fat yogurt to the above recipe.

Then Freeze in an ice-cream maker.
