Plum Sorbet

Recipe from Susan Brumm for another Plum Sorbet

1-1/2 lbs plums quartered and pitted

1/2-3/4 cup sugar

3 TBL honey

2 tsp lemon (optional).

1. Toss plums with sugar and honey and allow to sit for 30 minutes.

2. Blend in processor until smooth; add lemon juice. Refrigerate 1 hour.

3. Process in ice-cream maker or pour in freezer-safe container and stir every 30 minutes until fully frozen in 2 hours.
