Hello Dear Friends!
The peaches and nectarines are beginning to get ripe! I will include a few and they may need to ripen on your kitchen counter for a few days. You will notice blemishes. They are the result of growth without harsh pesticides and herbicides. Just cut them away. I don’t think it impacts taste. But that is me. The apricots have been good for sorbet, apricot butter and cobbler but not for eating so I will include just a few of the best of them — UNLESS you request more.
