Summer Plum Sorbet

Hello Friends!

Does Plum Sorbet sound refreshing? You can use Santa Rosa Plums or Mariposa Pluots for this delicious summer treat.


6 cups of pitted plums

2 Tbls lemon juice

1 –1/2 or more cups of sugar (to taste)

2 Tbls honey OR light corn syrup or simple syrup

1/8 tsp salt (opt). Puree above ingredients well in blender. Freeze in an ice-cream maker. For Frozen yogurt, add a cup or two of non-fat yogurt to taste. Freeze in an ice-cream maker. Yum!
