Recipe for Asian Style Cabbage Salad
1 head napa cabbage or regular cabbage (washed and sliced fine)
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
2 TBLS toasted sesame seeds
4 green scallions, sliced including greens
OPTIONAL: 1 pkg of top ramen (dry, uncooked)
OPTIONAL: Sliced Grilled Chicken
Combine and Toss with Vinaigrette below.
Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup plum sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 TBL lemon juice
1 TBL minced cilantro
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Combine and shake well. Toss with Vinaigrette.
